We are restaurateurs full of ideas and enthusiasm: the Dübendorfer family – Timo, Regula and Thomas – owners of Bellevue & Alplodge AG, to which the Goldener Anker belongs. The chef Patrick Bierwirth, with his roots in Cologne and a flair for urban style, and the two restaurant managers Samuel Hölzl and Claude Muller. This team brings together a great deal of professionalism, passion for gastronomy and charm. We want to make a difference, try something new and that's why we're here – at the Goldener Anker, Interlaken's cult restaurant par excellence. We look forward to your visit!
